2. Commercial Invoice,
3. Certificate of Sampling and Analysis that will be issued at the loading
port by Independent surveyor such as Geo Service SGS, Sucofindo or Surveyor
Indonesia (Buyer Choice),
4. Certificate of Origin or SKAB, from related institution,
5. Cargo Manifest
6. Phytosanitary Certificate from related Institution (Ministry of
Agriculture – Badan Karantina Tumbuhan).
